Everyone gets free scans before paying, so you can see how Unlabbed works before you subscribe.

Cancel any time

Unlimited is $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year, billed in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app: More → Unlimited scans and billing → Manage billing or cancel. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.

When you cancel, you keep unlimited scans until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partly used months or years. We will refund a charge if:

• you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled, or
• the law where you live requires a refund.

To ask about a charge, email corporate@thestrongautomation.com with the email address you signed in with. We usually reply within 2 business days.
